2、Studies have shown that the soybean residue produced in the production of soybean products accounts for 16% to 25% of the quality of the whole bean. Soybean residue contains rich nutrients, including protein, dietary fiber, fat, vitamins and flavonoids, which can effectively reduce plasma cholesterol level, improve blood glucose production reaction, and improve large intestine function, and has good application value. However, because of the high moisture content and rough taste of soybean residue, it is not suitable for processing, storage and direct consumption. Generally sold as animal feed, or even directly discarded, resulting in a great waste of resources and environmental pollution, so how to effectively deal with soybean residue has become an urgent problem to study and solve.
3、At present, there are mainly soybean slag drum dryer, soybean slag blade dryer, soybean slag microwave dryer, soybean slag tube bundle dryer, etc., but the drying efficiency is very low, energy consumption is large, the cost is high, but relative to the soybean slag production, the processing capacity is still limited. Therefore, the development of new soybean residue drying technology and drying equipment with high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection is particularly important.
4、Our company designed and developed soybean residue dietary fiber high-efficiency flash dryer for soybean dietary fiber products with strong hydrophilicity, high initial moisture content, high protein content, and large viscosity characteristics, adopted a series of unique unique technologies and processes to solve, to ensure good drying effect, large yield, low energy consumption. The wet soybean residue material enters the main machine of the dryer by the double screw feeder. Under the strong action of the high-speed rotating agitator, the material is dispersed under the action of impact, friction and shear. The massive material is quickly crushed, and is fully in contact with the hot air, heated and dried. The dehydrated dry powder rises with the hot gas, the grading ring traps the large particles, and the small particles are discharged from the center of the ring to the dryer and recovered by the cyclone separator. The undried or large materials are thrown to the wall by centrifugal force and fall to the bottom again to be crushed and dried. Because the gas-solid two phase is rotating flow, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase, the relative speed of the solid gas two phases is larger, and the heat transfer property of the two phases is strengthened, so the production intensity of the machine is high.
For the material properties of soybean dietary fiber - fiber products, themselves have a strong hydrophilicity, at the same time, the initial moisture of the material is higher, up to more than 75%.
