Dye intermediates, also known as intermediates, generally refer to various aromatic derivatives used in the production of dyes and organic pigments. They are made from benzene, toluene, naphthalene and anthracene aromatics from coal chemical and petrochemical industry as basic raw materials through a series of organic synthesis unit processes (see reaction process). With the development of the chemical industry, the application range of dye intermediates has been extended to the pharmaceutical industry, pesticide industry, explosive industry, information recording materials industry, as well as additives, surfactants, fragrances, plastics, synthetic fibers and other production sectors.
The ambient air filtered by the primary and middle efficiency is sucked into the hot air by the induced draft fan of the drying system, and the hot air generated after heat exchange with steam enters the flash drying main engine, and the drying process of heat and mass transfer is completed in the drying main engine with the filter cake to be dried through the spiral feeder. The gas-solid mixture is separated by the cyclone separator and the cloth bag dust collector. The material is separated from the gas in the drying system, discharged from the drying system, and the tail gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan.
1. The machine has completed the organic combination of swirling, fluidizing, spraying, crushing and air separation classification technology, and can dry paste and filter cake materials into qualified powder products; Compact equipment, small footprint, continuous operation, high production efficiency;
2, high drying strength, low energy consumption, thermal efficiency can reach more than 70%;
3, the material residence time is short, the finished product quality is good, can be used for heat sensitive material drying;
4, negative pressure operation, good tightness, small environmental pollution.
