The main vulcanization accelerators used are mainly secondary sulfonamides, thiazoles, thiuram, and some guanides, thioureas and dithiocarbamates according to their chemical structure. Antioxidant refers to the compound that can prevent or inhibit such factors as oxygen, heat, light, ozone, mechanical stress, heavy metal ions and so on from destroying the performance of products and extending the storage and service life of products. The phenomenon of decline is called aging. With the progress and development of the aging process, the properties of rubber and its products will gradually decrease to the point of complete loss of use value.

Working principle

The material enters the evaporator radially from the top of the heating area, and is distributed to the heating wall of the evaporator through the distributor. Then the rotating film scraper squeezes the material into a liquid film of uniform thickness on the heating surface continuously and uniformly, and pushes it downward in a spiral shape. In this process, the rotating film scraper ensures that the continuous and uniform liquid film produces high-speed turbulence, and prevents the liquid film from coking and scaling on the heating surface, thereby improving the total transfer coefficient. The light components are evaporated to form a steam flow, which reaches the external condenser directly connected with the evaporator through the vapor-liquid separator, and the recombination is discharged from the cone at the bottom of the evaporator. A unique distributor not only has the ability to evenly flow the material to the inner wall of the evaporator to prevent the material from splashing into the steam stream inside the evaporator, but also has the ability to prevent the newly entered material from flashing here, which is conducive to the elimination of foam, and the material can only evaporate along the heating surface. The upper part of the scraper evaporator is equipped with a centrifugal separator designed according to the characteristics of the material, which separates the droplets from the rising steam stream and returns them to the distributor.
