Material description

Physical property

Hygroscopic scaly or riblike crystals that decompose at about 310° C and taste sweet. Highly soluble in water, soluble in methanol, soluble in ethanol, insoluble in ether. After the decomposition reaction of concentrated potassium hydroxide solution, trimethylamine can be formed, which is hygroscopic and easily delixified, and trimethylamine can be released. 7.   Pressure atomizer

     It is a key device for crushing liquid into droplets. Our factory can provide various forms of matching nozzles to adapt to particle size adjustment. One pressure nozzle is adopted, and the orifice size and vortex plate can be adjusted.

Contact material 316L, the spray sheet material is made of carbide, which can resist high pressure abrasion.

8.   Hot Air distributor

     Specification QZP1000, the air inlet is equipped with two open hot air distribution plates, so that the hot air evenly enters the drying tower in the optimal direction.

     The inner liner material is 2mm304, the weld is polished and polished, the inner wall is polished Ra0.8, the outer shell material is Q235, the wall thickness is 3mm pattern plate, the insulation layer is filled with glass fiber, and the skeleton is carbon steel.

9.   Drying tower top cover

     The inner liner material of the top cover of the drying tower is 316L, the wall thickness is 2mm, the inner wall polishing amount is Ra0.8, the insulation layer is filled with glass fiber, the skeleton is carbon steel, the upper surface material is Q235, the wall thickness is 3mm pattern plate.

10. Drying tower cylinder

     Inner liner Φ4.5×16m, inner liner and drying tower top cover inner liner circular filter, no sanitary dead Angle, weld grinding and polishing, inner wall polishing Ra0.8, inner liner material 316L, wall thickness 2mm, skeleton carbon steel, insulation layer 80mm, insulation material fixed in the Angle steel ring; Outsourcing Q235 plate 0.8mm color steel plate; Made in 6 pieces and assembled on site.

11. Drying tower cone

     The inner liner weld is polished, the inner wall polishing amount is Ra0.8, the inner liner material is 316L, the wall thickness is 2mm, the skeleton carbon steel, the insulation layer is 80mm, the insulation material is fixed in the Angle steel ring, the outer Q235 plate,0.8mm color steel plate, divided into 6 pieces of production, on-site assembly.

The air outlet is equipped with high efficiency filter, the filtration accuracy is food grade, the air volume is 1000m3/h, the shell is 304, the inner wall is polished Ra0.8, and the filter material is ultrafine glass fiber paper.
