Microcrystalline cellulose is a purified, partially depolymerized cellulose, white, odorless, tasteless, porous particles composed of crystalline powder. Microcrystalline cellulose is widely used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries, different particle size and moisture content have different characteristics and applications.
